What Does It Mean To Be Jewish?

The Mission
The Jewish Matters Outreach (JewishMO) Incorporated is an organization whose mission is to transform Israel from a nation-state into a global civilization, with affiliated states established on brokered landmasses across the world.
However, this vision cannot be fulfilled until a critical problem is solved.
We call this problem the Jewish Small Population Problem.
Today, Jews make up only about 0.2 percent of the world’s population, approximately 15 million people.
To build a strong global economic civilization—and eventually a global superpower—the Jewish people must increase their population without violating Halacha, the ancient system of Jewish law.
The Central Question
The most important question is this:
How can the Jewish population grow through massive conversion of Gentiles into Judaism without disrupting the matrilineal identity system required by Halacha?
The Discovery
The search for an answer began with a key discovery.
There are about one million Russian Israelis living in Israel today.
Most of them do not have Jewish matrilineal ancestry; they are not recognized as Jews by Orthodox and Ultra-Orthodox authorities.
What we discovered is that the Halachic system that defines Jewish identity through the mother can be restarted—or rebooted—for these individuals.
Even more importantly, the same system can be used not only for Russian Israelis, but also to bring in large, organized groups of Gentiles from different populations.
The Dream of A Jewish Civilization
JewishMO exists to help Israel evolve into a full civilization, not just a country.
But once again, this goal cannot be achieved until the Jewish Small Population Problem is solved.
Jews remain only 0.2 percent of the world’s population.
If Jewish civilization is to grow and thrive globally, the population must expand without breaking Halacha.
The Question Revisited
So the question remains:
How can Jewish population growth occur by mass assimilation of Gentiles without disrupting the matrilineal order established by Halacha?
Returning to the Discovery
The solution began with recognizing that the Halachic system can be reapplied.
Russian Israelis lack Jewish matrilineal ancestry and are therefore excluded by Orthodox Halacha.
Yet we found that the system itself allows for a controlled restart.
A Broader Application
Using the same method that applies to Russian Israelis, it becomes possible to convert large, organized groups of Gentiles into Jews—without undermining existing Jewish lineages.
Who Is a Jew According to Halacha?
Halacha states that a Jew is someone born to a Jewish mother.
This leads to a deeper question:

Definition of a Jewish Mother
A Jewish mother is a woman who, from the age of virginity, takes a vow to reproduce according to the ancient instructions of the Oral Torah.
We have recently rediscovered that these instructions are not symbolic or mystical alone—they are biological and evolutionary.
Their purpose is to guide a reproducing population forward along an evolutionary path, toward a more advanced biological state.
The Scientific Foundation
The science behind the Oral Torah are explained in detail elsewhere.
Based on the science, any Gentile virgin can become a Zero-Generation Jew by taking the vow.
Her children then become First-Generation Jews by birth.
Generational Classification
Zero-Generation Jews are divided into two groups:
1. Zero-Positive Generation Jews: Gentile virgins who take the vow
2. Zero-Negative Generation Jews: Gentile males and non-virgin females who agree to bring their descendants into the Jewish order
Virgin daughters of Zero-Negative Jews become Zero-Positive Jews.
Why This Matters
This simple structure creates a powerful opportunity.
People from many different Gentile populations can begin Jewish maternal lineages from scratch—starting at Ground Zero.
How the Generations Continue
Zero-Positive Jews give birth to First-Generation Jews if they keep the vow.
First-Generation virgin daughters produce Second-Generation Jews.
Second-Generation virgin daughters produce Third-Generation Jews.
This process continues indefinitely, as long as the vow and lineage remain unbroken.
The Foundation of the System
This makes it clear that Zero-Positive Jews—virgin daughters of Gentiles—form the foundation of every Jewish matrilineal structure.
It also shows how Gentile populations can be integrated into the Jewish order without interbreeding with existing Jewish communities.
How the Protocol Works
Step 1: The Objective
The objective is to increase the global Jewish population directly from Gentile populations, without disrupting existing Jewish maternal lineages.
This is achieved by maintaining two separate matrilineal records:
1. One for ancient Jewish lineages
2. One for newly established lineages
Step 2: Forming New Jewish Societies
Large groups of Gentiles are assembled and organized at the same time.

This process can be repeated multiple times.
Each cycle creates a new Jewish society.
This leads to Jewish 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and beyond.
Step 6: Law and Order
The Oral Torah and its scientific foundation serve as the constitution of each society.
Those who violate its rules may be expelled.
This structure mirrors the logic of the Garden of Eden.
Reverse Assimilation
This system prevents Jewish assimilation.
Instead of Jews being absorbed into Gentile societies, Gentiles are brought into Jewish civilization.
This is called Reverse Assimilation.
A System Reboot
These new Jewish societies represent a reboot of the ancient Halachic system that once flourished in Sumer, the land of Abraham, long before Abraham was born.
Just as rebooting a computer refreshes its performance without deleting stored data, rebooting the Halachic system in the way we described above allows growth without disrupting ancient matrilineal descents.
The Future Order
This reboot initiates a new global order—the Jewish Global Order.
For this reason, we say:
